I have been coming to your salon for about 8 years now. For all this time I have always enjoyed myself. My mom and I have often commented about how cool it would be to work with you and your staff. You have created an atmosphere akin to spending the day in the home of an old friend. There are always schedules to keep, tasks to complete and commitments to honor, but you and your staff have always made me feel like I am their only focus.

Having a haircut or a color at your salon is so much more than just a cut and color. Coming to your salon is an awakening, a revival, a discovery and a joy. Your staff has been a big part of my life- in a variety of ways. Gretchen made me feel and look like a princess on my wedding day. Together she and Carol helped me to feel beautiful through two very, very BIG pregnancies. In addition, Gretchen, Daniel and Clinton have helped my mom through a divorce and to the discovery of what a hot woman she truly is. I have sent a string of friends your way and they too love the experience. You are not just a business or salon, you are an experience, a transformation, you are friends.

Today as Daniel cut my hair and played with my girls, I realize that it is the two of you that embody these principles and find and bring out the best in the people you choose to surround yourselves with. Congratulations on expecting the best, providing the best, and being the best.
